SabbaghDoor — Privacy Policy

SabbaghDoor ("the app") is an internal door-access application operated by Sabbagh Engineering Consultants and Associates Co. ("Sabbagh", "we") for use by its employees and authorized personnel. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.

Information we process

• Account information: your name and work email address, used to sign you in and identify you.
• Authentication: a password (stored only in hashed form on our private server) and a secure session token kept on your device.
• Access activity: records of door-unlock events (which door, when) for security auditing.
• Device & network data: minimal technical data (such as your network address at the moment of a request) used only to enforce on-premises access rules and security.

Face ID / biometrics

The app can use Face ID (or Touch ID) for quick, secure unlock of the app. Biometric data is handled entirely by Apple's on-device Secure Enclave. It never leaves your device and is never transmitted to or stored by us.

How we use the information

• To authenticate you and authorize door access.
• To restrict door access to authorized staff and, where configured, to the company premises.
• To maintain a security audit log of access events.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. The app communicates only with Sabbagh's own private server over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. There are no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.

Data retention

Account and audit data are retained for as long as your account is active and as required for security and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
