SabbaghDoor — Support

SabbaghDoor is the internal door-access app for Sabbagh Engineering Consultants and Associates Co. Access requires an account provisioned by your IT administrator.

Getting started

  1. Open the app and sign in with the work email and password provided by IT.
  2. Optionally enable Face ID for faster, secure sign-in.
  3. Tap a door you are authorized for to unlock it.

Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in. Confirm your email and password with IT, and that your account is active.

The door won't unlock. Some doors require you to be connected to the company network. If you are off-site, contact IT to confirm your access rights.

I lost my phone / need my account disabled. Contact IT immediately to revoke access.

تطبيق SabbaghDoor تطبيق داخلي للتحكم بالأبواب لشركة أ. د. جعفر صبّاغ للاستشارات الهندسية. يتطلّب الاستخدام حساباً يوفّره مسؤول تقنية المعلومات.

البدء

  1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول بالبريد وكلمة المرور من قسم تقنية المعلومات.
  2. فعّل Face ID (اختياري) لدخول أسرع وآمن.
  3. اضغط على الباب المصرّح لك به لفتحه.

أسئلة شائعة

لا أستطيع تسجيل الدخول. تأكّد من البريد وكلمة المرور ومن أن حسابك مفعّل.

الباب لا يُفتح. بعض الأبواب تتطلّب اتصالك بشبكة الشركة. خارج المقر، راجع قسم تقنية المعلومات.

فقدت جهازي. تواصل مع تقنية المعلومات فوراً لإلغاء الوصول.
